Returns

I want you to be happy with your print. You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return, no reason needed.

To be eligible, the item should be in the same condition you received it – reasonable handling to inspect it is completely fine, but please avoid using or displaying it as if keeping it. You can start your return directly from your order confirmation or account page – no need to contact me first. However, you can always reach out using the contact form or at polyana.lasman@gmail.com.

Return shipping is paid by the buyer for change-of-mind returns.

Damages and issues

Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If it's damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, email me a photo within 48 hours at polyana.lasman@gmail.com – I'll send a replacement or a full refund, and I'll cover the return shipping too.

Refunds

Once I've received and checked your return, I'll let you know if it's approved. If approved, you'll be refunded automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days through Shopify Payments. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it on their end.

If it's been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you still haven't seen the refund, email me at polyana.lasman@gmail.com.

Exchanges

I don't currently offer direct exchanges – if you'd like a different print or size, please start a return and place a new order once it's confirmed.
