Shipping policy

Every print is made to order and shipped by me personally from Warsaw, Poland – usually within 1-2 business days of your order.

Where I ship
Currently, I ship to Poland, Czechia and Lithuania, with more countries coming soon. Shipping cost and delivery time depend on your location – use the country selector at the top of the page to see an estimate under the add to cart button before you order.

How I ship
Orders are sent via InPost and DPD, with delivery to an InPost parcel locker or your home address.

Packaging
Framed prints are packed with extra care and padding to protect the frame during transit.

Delays
Delivery estimates are just that – estimates. Occasionally, carrier delays happen outside of my control, but I'll always do my best to keep you updated if something's running behind.

Damaged in transit?
If your print arrives damaged, email me a photo within 48 hours at polyana.lasman@gmail.com, or reach out through the info page – I'll send a replacement or a full refund, and I'll cover the return shipping too.
